Meet the Team





Ashley Esteban (Executive Chef)

She is a passionate and talented local chef who has worked many years in the food industry. She is the inspiration and creativity behind Sol Kitchen and has spent many years perfecting her plant based recipes. She received her degree from the Arizona Culinary Institute in June of 2005 in Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management.


Matt Esteban (Director of Operations)

He will be managing the business side of Sol Kitchen. He received his bachelor’s degree in Communications and has over ten years of management experience, but his primary passion has always been food. He will be assisting in marketing, advertisement, scheduling, expanding, maintenance and assistant to Chef Ashley Esteban in the kitchen as needed.
